Refunds:

All bookings are non-refundable. When you reserve time with me, you are reserving my energy and attention. 

There are no returns or reversals.

Cancellations:

Any cancellation forfeits the session.

The container dissolves and cannot be reinstated.

Rescheduling:

Sessions may be rescheduled one time only with 24-48 hours' notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be accomodated, and the session will be considered used. 

*Rescheduling will not alter the end date of a coaching package.

Late Arrivals:

Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late without communication, the session will be considered a no-show and the full session fee applies. If you arrive late but the session proceeds, it will still end at the originally scheduled time.

No-Shows:

​

In the event of a no-show, the session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. More than one no-show in any coaching container may result in the forfeiture of the remainder of the container without refund.

If a rare emergency prevents your timely attendance, you may request consideration. This is at my discretion and not guaranteed.
